Video has become the hottest, and most cutting edge addition to the various methods Real Estate Agents use for marketing homes.

In a recent poll conducted by the National Association of Realtors, 80% of consumers said they?d like video used to market their homes for sale. Yet, only 3% of Real Estate Agents in America actually do this.

Here at The Bailey Team, we started having videos of our listings professionally produced this year. The response from our clients, and prospective buyers, has been extremely positive! Below is an example (make sure you dial up the resolution to highest setting for HD);
